Challenge
Nad Al Sheba Road in Dubai faced the challenge of maintaining attractive landscaping in an arid climate while addressing water conservation needs. 

Solution
Dubai Municipality partnered with Cisgenics to install the CisgenX Control System, featuring IoT-powered water management, real-time monitoring, and automated adjustments based on weather data. The system’s implementation reduces irrigation water usage, improves greenery health and helps mitigate urban heat. It also decreases maintenance costs, increases property values in adjacent developments, and enhances the area’s tourism appeal.
